"If music be the food of love, play on." ~Shakespeare
Here is one favorite video of mine. I don't know many so it will be interesting to me how this opinion changes throughout the semester. I like this one because its funny and simple. Obviously didn't take that much time, but it still can be artistic and liked by fans.
Going a little old school here, and even though most of this stuff can't be done in this class, but I just feel like the juxtaposition of images to the rhythm is great. It's also kinda creepy. ulgh...
Ok ok ok. I know. Tool is kinda fucked up. At least some of their videos back in the day were. I'm just glad i've seen them in concert. It really made me appreciate them a little more.
Here are a few more, old school and new, that I seem to enjoy:
This one is a good live show.
"You can play a shoestring if you're sincere." - John Coltrane
oh the 80s
Here's a song that I can't find a video for it, if it has one, but I think would make a great video. Its gives room for a lot of quiet energy. I guess I'll just have to show you what I mean.
I love illusions.........
and of course my theatre side comes out. I like the choreography in this one.
"Don't play what's there, play what's not there."
